Since returning home to Idaho, Alison has facilitated nearly 100 real estate transactions in just four years, representing everyone from first-time homebuyers and growing families to luxury buyers and sellers, acreage and new construction. For Alison, real estate has always been deeply personal. Buying or selling a home often marks one of the most important seasons in a person's life, and being trusted to guide someone through it is a responsibility she genuinely loves. Serving people is her love language, and real estate gives her the opportunity to do exactly that. Advocate, problem solve, educate and be fully present for her clients from the first conversation through closing.
Her knowledge of property extends well beyond residential sales. As COO of Baker Communities, Alison oversees the day-to-day operations and execution of residential land developments throughout North Idaho. She also owns and serves as President of Forge Infrastructure, a horizontal construction and site development company specializing in excavation, utilities, septic, roads, clearing and residential infrastructure.
Together, those roles give Alison an uncommon depth of knowledge when evaluating property. She understands vacant land, easements, access, utilities, septic, site development, infrastructure and construction considerations, and, perhaps more importantly, she knows the questions to ask. Whether her client is purchasing an existing home, considering new construction or evaluating raw acreage, she brings a perspective that allows her to look beyond what is immediately visible and help clients make informed decisions.
Before returning home to North Idaho, Alison spent 14 years as an Army wife while she and her husband raised their four children through the unique demands of Army Aviation life. During that time, she was honored with the Order of Our Lady of Loreto, a distinguished recognition within the Army Aviation community honoring spouses for exceptional service and lasting contributions to Army Aviation soldiers and families.
Today, Alison and her family are firmly rooted back home in North Idaho. Her faith, family and commitment to community remain central to who she is and how she conducts business. She believes exceptional representation is built on integrity, preparation, discretion and genuine advocacy, and that the standard of service should never depend on the price of the property.
