Real estate is fundamentally about home—a place that should represent safety, security, and peace. Unfortunately, not everyone in our community enjoys that reality. This year, the agents at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty felt a strong calling to support 756 Dark, a North Idaho-based organization dedicated to the fight against human trafficking and child exploitation.
As part of our Charity Bingo initiative, which successfully raised $12,000 for local causes, we were honored to provide financial support to 756 Dark. This organization works tirelessly to bring awareness to the dark reality of trafficking that exists even in our own backyard, supporting recovery and protection efforts that keep our most vulnerable neighbors safe.
A Mission of Protection
756 Dark focuses on partnering with and funding organizations like The Innocent and Helping Captives. These groups are on the front lines, providing the resources necessary for the rescue and long-term recovery of victims. In a region as beautiful and family-oriented as North Idaho, it is easy to overlook these issues, but 756 Dark ensures that the community stays informed and active in the protection of our children.
Community Generosity and Heart
This donation was a true collaborative effort. Our agents, paired with the generosity of Mountain West Bank, turned our regular business meetings into a “lively” engine for good. The enthusiasm shown during our bingo games reflected the deep-rooted “heart” of our brokerage—a desire to lead with purpose and lift others up.
At Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, we don’t just work in the Inland Northwest; we live here, raise our families here, and are committed to protecting the values that make this place home. We are incredibly moved by the work 756 Dark is doing and are proud to play a role in their mission to bring light to the darkest corners of our community.
