Hi, my name is Tyrel Derrick.
It’s great to meet you virtually, and I look forward to connecting in person soon! As a Northern Idaho native, I love calling this area home. My wife and I enjoy exploring the local food scene, from cozy restaurants to craft breweries—if there’s good food, we’re there. And if you’re a basketball fan, let’s talk—I never turn down a great sports debate.
With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from Wheaton College and Lewis-Clark State College, I bring a strong analytical foundation to my real estate practice. Whether I’m conducting a Comparative and Historical Market Analysis or breaking down complex market data, my goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed throughout your transaction.
I’ve been in real estate for five years, earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and recognition as the Real Estate Rookie of the Year Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller. I’m also a proud member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, which honors the top 10% of agents globally.
In addition to real estate, my background includes serving as the varsity head girls’ basketball coach at Lakeland High School for two years and working as a marketer for Intel Corporation. These experiences have shaped my work ethic, creativity, and passion for building meaningful connections. While I may not have all the answers immediately, I’m committed to finding them for you—there’s no call I won’t make or resources I won’t tap to ensure your questions are answered and your goals are met.
Let’s get started!
